Friday Change Over.

Rent includes bed linen, towels (not beach towels), end -of-stay cleaning service and utilities.

Short stays welcome during Autumn/Winter months.

Pay direct to owners by online transfer or by cheque. If you prefer this method, contact us on sea.whisperer.cornwall@gmail.com.

If you prefer, payment on the owners direct website (where you can use credit and debit cards) there is a service charge of between 6 and 8% but there is extra protection for customers.

£300 of the rental is due at the time of booking, the balance including the damage deposit a minimum of 60 days before arrival.

The £100 damage deposit is returned subject to inventory check, as soon as possible after departure.

Single pet dog allowed at a cost of £20

Please note Vrbo and Holiday Lettings charge a booking fee of between 10% +

This will give extra protection for customers and allow you to use Credit/debit cards.
